Julia Elf
Co-founder & CEO
With a background in technology and digital health, and an MSc in Engineering from KTH, Julia has seen both the potential and the limitations of how we use health data today. Her experience, including at Kry, has shaped her belief that healthcare can, and should, be more proactive and accessible.
At Elfcare, Julia’s ambition is to bring the most advanced diagnostics, such as whole-body MRI and broad blood testing, directly to patients.
Johannes Schildt
Co-founder & Chairman of the Board
Johannes is a serial entrepreneur and founder of Kry, Europe’s largest digital healthcare provider, where he served as CEO for a decade. He grew the company from an idea into one of Europe’s fastest-growing healthcare organizations, with operations across multiple countries and over one hundred million patient interactions.
At Elfcare, Johannes contributes his unique experience in building scalable healthcare solutions that unite innovation with clinical excellence – always with the goal of making preventive care accessible to more patients.
Naramsin Kerimo, MD.
Co-founder & Medical director
Naramsin is a physician and specialist in general medicine with more than ten years of clinical experience. He has cared for patients at every stage of life and witnessed how early detection and prevention can change outcomes dramatically. With a strong passion for longevity, he explores how medicine, data, and lifestyle factors can combine to both extend and improve lives.
At Elfcare, Naramsin brings his clinical expertise and patient-centered perspective to ensure advanced diagnostics translate into real value for patients.
Karl Roos
CTO
With over 15 years of experience in software development and entrepreneurship, Karl has led the development of complex, large-scale platforms with a consistent focus on building robust, scalable solutions, and brings hands-on experience in founding, scaling, and successfully exiting companies.
At Elfcare, Karl leads technology development and platform architecture, building the infrastructure that enables advanced diagnostics to be delivered seamlessly, securely, and at scale. He oversees the full stack, ensuring every layer of the platform works together as one cohesive system.
