Before anyone is examined, we review the health risks connected to the work in your organisation. This makes sure the health check focuses on what is relevant for your roles, and that it becomes part of your systematic work environment management.

Reporting

Insight for the company, privacy for every employee

Once the health checks are complete, our doctors compile the results at group level. You see patterns and trends, never an individual employee's results.

The report covers the areas included in your health check, depending on what was examined. Each area is linked to what the needs analysis showed, so you can see where the real risks are and where things already look good.

Based on the findings, our doctors recommend prioritised initiatives at organisational level. When the health checks are repeated, the report compares results with previous years, so you can follow how your efforts make a difference over time.
