Elfcare Connect
Your Elfcare results, now inside Claude. Ask a plain question, and get an answer grounded in your own results, not a generic search.
What is Elfcare Connect?
Elfcare Connect is a secure integration linking your Elfcare health profile to Claude. Once connected, you can ask Claude about your own results: what a marker means, how it has moved since your last check, or what your doctor noted about a specific finding. We never share your health data with AI services unless you choose to connect it yourself through Elfcare Connect.
Your check-up itself doesn’t change. Elfcare Connect simply gives you a more natural way to explore your results, alongside everything else you already track.
Ways to use it
Ask about any biomarker from your latest blood panel and see how it compares to previous checks
Follow trends across multiple check-ups instead of reading one report at a time
Pull up reference information on what a specific marker measures and why it matters
Get started
To get started, you'll need a completed Elfcare health check and a Claude Pro or Max subscription (connectors require a paid plan).

Data Privacy and Security
Your health data stays yours. We never share your health data with AI services unless you actively choose to connect it. Elfcare Connect is entirely optional and only activates when you decide to enable it.
Elfcare Connect only shares information with Claude when you have explicitly authorized the connection, and only in response to what you ask. You decide what is connected, and for how long.

“Does my sleep data line up with anything in my results?”
"How does my results reflect the food I have been eating?"
Nutrition and workout
"Based on my latest blood panel, is there anything I should adjust in my diet?"
“Put together a meal plan based on my results and my dietary preferences.”

“Show me a chart of just the markers connected to heart health.”
Here's a one-day plan, built around your latest panel and the vegetarian preferences you've mentioned. Your ferritin was a little low, so I've leaned on iron-rich, plant-based options.
Pairing the iron-rich foods with vitamin C, like the orange and bell peppers, helps your body absorb more of it. Worth rechecking ferritin at your next panel to see if it's moved.
