4.2 Third-Party Providers: While we collaborate with third-party healthcare providers, laboratories, and radiology partners, we are not responsible for errors or omissions made by these partners. However, we strive to work with reputable providers to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.

4.3: Informed Consent. By using Elfcare’s services, you acknowledge that screening results may indicate unexpected health risks requiring further medical evaluation.  

5. Payments & Refunds

5.1 If you purchase any products or services, you agree to provide valid payment information.

5.2 All payments are final unless stated otherwise in our refund policy.

5.3 Subscription-based services may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

5.4 The service is deemed to have commenced at the time of the initial consultation with a doctor. From that point onward, the payment obligation takes effect.

6.1 All content on this website, including text, images, and trademarks, is the property of Elfcare unless otherwise stated.
