Find your nearest lab for your blood test below.

Once you have completed your purchase, it's time to take your blood test. You will also find the information you need in your confirmation email. Here is what to keep in mind before your visit:

• Most labs are drop-in, while some require an appointment. Make sure to check what applies to the location you have chosen.

• Bring a valid ID.

• You must provide your samples before 10:00 AM and on an empty stomach (black coffee and water are fine).

When your results are ready, Elfcare will reach out to you directly. This usually takes a few days.
